01Does OCR also work with poor scan quality or handwriting?+

Modern AI OCR achieves very good results even with mediocre scan quality (150 dpi+). Clear handwriting is also recognized — illegible exceptions go to manual review. In the proof-of-concept we test concretely with your documents.

02Which document types can be processed?+

Incoming invoices, delivery notes, order confirmations, contracts, forms, IDs, certificates — essentially any structured document. For each type we train a specialized extraction model.

03Can the solution be connected to SAP and DATEV?+

Yes, those are our standard integrations. SAP FI/AP, DATEV Unternehmen online, DATEV invoice data service — all without middleware surcharge. Additional ERP systems on request.

04How high is the recognition accuracy?+

After the training phase on your specific documents typically 90–97% for structured documents like invoices. We define a minimum threshold in the project for automatic processing — everything below goes to manual review.
