Setting up M365 yourself sounds simple — and then costs months and creates security gaps
- Misconfigured tenant is the most common entry point for attackers — default settings are not secure
- Data migration without the right tools and experience means: emails lost, calendar broken, folder structure gone
- Without training, employees use Teams like email — the productivity gain never materializes
Professional M365 rollout with security hardening, clean migration, and training
- Tenant configuration per Microsoft Security Baseline — no default pitfalls
- Automated data migration with audit trail: no email, no calendar, no file is lost
- Practical employee training — your team genuinely works more productively afterward

Our Approach
How we work
Licensing & Planning
Selecting the right M365 licensing and developing the migration strategy.
Tenant Setup
Configuration of Azure AD, security settings, compliance features, and Conditional Access.
Data Migration
Migration of emails, contacts, calendars, files, and permissions.
Rollout & Training
Phased rollout to all employees with training and technical support.
The migration went smoothly — we switched over on a Friday afternoon, and by Monday the whole team was working in Microsoft 365. Not a single helpdesk call about the transition.
Migration Process
Complete in 3–4 weeks —
without business interruption
An M365 migration does not have to be a major project. With the right approach your business keeps running normally throughout the entire migration. Your employees only notice the switchover on Monday — and then positively.
Week 1
Tenant Setup & Licensing
Azure AD, security policies, Conditional Access, MFA — properly configured according to Microsoft Security Baseline. Not with default settings.
Week 1–2
Data Migration
Emails, calendars, contacts, files, and permissions are migrated automatically and completely. With audit trail — no data point is lost.
Week 2–3
Devices & Rollout
Intune MDM for all endpoints, Outlook configuration, Teams setup. Employees receive a fully configured environment — no self-configuration.
Week 3–4
Training & Go-Live
Practical employee training in groups. Then the cutover — typically Friday night. Monday the entire team works in Microsoft 365.

Security Hardening
Default settings are
not secure
A fresh M365 tenant with default settings has dozens of security vulnerabilities. Most IT managers do not know this — until it is too late. We harden every tenant according to the Microsoft Security Baseline.
Common Mistakes
What goes wrong with DIY M365 implementation
Microsoft makes it easy to set up a tenant. Configuring it securely and productively is another matter.
Misconfiguration
A single incorrectly set toggle in the Admin Center can bring down your entire email communications. Has that happened to your team? Not to ours.
Data loss during migration
Without a professional migration tool, email attachments, calendar entries, and folder structures are lost — and do not come back.
Security vulnerabilities
Standard tenant without hardening = legacy auth open, no MFA, no Conditional Access. Attackers exploit this systematically.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Microsoft 365 at a glance.
01What happens to our existing emails and data?+
All emails, calendars, contacts, and files are fully migrated — with an automated tool and audit trail. Migration runs in parallel to ongoing operations; the cutover takes place in a planned maintenance window. No data loss, no disruption.
02Which license do we need?+
We clarify this free of charge in a consultation. Business Basic (from €6/user) for basic requirements, Business Standard (€12.50) for full Office apps, Business Premium (€22) for advanced security features like Intune and Defender. As a Microsoft CSP we negotiate the best terms for you.
03How secure is our data at Microsoft?+
Microsoft operates EU data centers for EU customers. With the EU Data Boundary your data does not leave the EU. We additionally configure Conditional Access, MFA, and Microsoft Defender — making your M365 tenant significantly more secure than most on-premises setups.
04Can employees work normally during migration?+
Yes. Migration runs in the background. Employees continue to use their existing system. The final cutover takes place in a coordinated maintenance window — typically Friday evening, Monday morning everything runs in M365.
05What if there are problems after rollout?+
We offer ongoing M365 support after rollout — by phone, remote access, or on-site. Tenant changes, new users, license adjustments, and technical issues are all handled by us. No problem goes unresolved.
06How long does an M365 migration take?+
For 20–50 users typically 2 weeks, for 50–150 users 3–4 weeks. This depends on data volume and the complexity of your existing environment. We provide a binding time estimate in the initial consultation.
